We provide eating plans for life, no calorie counting, no hunger pains. Our programs are designed for the individual and are complemented with high intensity workouts. When we talk about weight loss we are specifically referring to fat loss, we will train your body to burn fat for its energy and build lean muscle tissue which in turn will increase fat burning potential.

Our approach is to balance the eating hormones and to stimulate growth hormones to teach your body to burn fat rather than sugar or muscle, you'll learn not only how to train but what and how much to eat. These programs are tailored to the individual, because we're all different.

When you train with Inspire we will be with you every step of the way, educating and encouraging you to achieve your goals and to be the person you want to be. 

It begins with a free consultation and overview followed by detailed analysis of our clients from eating habits to sleep patterns. We provide an eating plan and Personal Training sessions complemented by home exercises on non PT days if required. A complementary advice service is provided wherby our clients can contact us for support during their chosen program.
